Fitness insight and understanding of the body – with a BSc in Human Biology, plus Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 2 Gym Instructor, and martial arts coaching experience, I know how the body works and what it demands to perform at its best, so every meal complements your guests’ activity and recovery needs.
